What everyone asks before booking.
Are the four areas the same company?
They're the same company, Landfall, but each area — Consulting, University Counselling, Translation and Concierge — runs as an independent unit, with its own team and process. That exists to keep specialist-level depth in each subject, instead of one generalist trying to cover everything.
Are you real estate agents?
No. Landfall Consulting films homes, translates, arranges the showings and explains the contract — a licensed agent runs the negotiation. We take no commission from any agent: you pay us, which keeps our opinion of a home honest.
Do you handle visas and immigration?
No, and be wary of anyone who claims to without being a lawyer. Landfall Consulting handles what comes after the visa: Social Security Number, driver's license, bank, school, home. For visa matters we refer you to an immigration attorney — at no fee to us.
How does payment work?
A deposit on signing and the balance the day before we begin, within the area you hired. We charge in dollars, with a receipt. Third-party purchases and fees are advanced by you — we never move your money.
Do you serve Orlando too?
Yes, through Landfall Concierge. We're based in Tampa, and in Orlando we work by the day or in fixed packages — the format that makes sense given the distance. Remote services, like planning and reservations, work anywhere in Florida.
